South Carolina State Parks
Explore South Carolina's Natural Treasures
South Carolina's state parks span over 90,000 acres of pristine wilderness, reaching from the misty Blue Ridge Mountains all the way to the sun-kissed shores of the Atlantic. These protected landscapes offer some of the Southeast's most captivating places to connect with nature, history, and adventure.

Hunting Island State Park is located in Beaufort County, South Carolina. This park is just over an hour from Savannah. This park is my absolute favorite place to go camping. Hunting Island is actually where I found my love for camping and the outdoors.
